13" Tweneboa Ghanaian Djembe
12.5" diameter Ghanaian djembe made from soft, lightweight Tweneboa wood - this colourful drum would be the perfect first djembe for a beginner drummer wanting to experience drum circles with a beautiful full-sized djembe. Though lacking the complex sound profile of it's Guinean and Malian cousins, this djembe will still sing out in a drum circle and will be a great drum to learn on.
This djembe has recently been skinned with black rope and a medium thickness goat skin. Photos and a demonstration video will be online soon.
There are some small amounts of damage to the wood in the foot of this djembe. There's a chip, some damaged paintwork and a repaired hole. These are all cosmetic and will not affect the sound of the drum.
